OpenTrack in Claude: a user asks which containers have a last free day in the next 2 days, and Claude lists two Port of Los Angeles containers with their dates and terminals.

Ask Claude to find exceptions, look up data on a container, and more.

OpenTrack is live in Claude's connector directory. Connect once with your OpenTrack login, and Claude can: look up a container, pull its route, search your containers by port or ETA window, start tracking a box or a master bill, and manage webhooks.

Open the listing, hit Connect, and ask Claude anything about your live shipments.

Setup notes and the full tool list are on our MCP docs.

Ask for status, routes, and initiate tracking

Lookups (read-only)

  • Container details: status, ETAs, last free days, holds, demurrage history
  • Search and list all the containers you track
  • Journey legs and itinerary for a container
  • Master bill details and the containers on that bill
  • Search master bills
  • Help resolving port, carrier, and terminal names when a filter is ambiguous
  • List webhooks on the account, and playback of delivered webhook events

Actions

  • Start tracking a container
  • Start tracking every container on a master bill or booking
  • Register, update, or unregister a webhook (unregister cannot be undone)

Actions require an account role that already allows the same action in OpenTrack. Coverage matches the carriers and terminals OpenTrack supports. When a port or carrier name is ambiguous, the assistant asks you to confirm which one you meant.

Prompts to try

  • "Look up container [your container number]."
  • "What is the route for that container?"
  • "List containers with an ETA at Los Angeles in the next 7 days."
  • "Start tracking container [number] on master bill [MBL]."
  • "List my webhooks."

Connect in three steps

  1. Open OpenTrack in Claude's connector directory.
  2. Click Connect and sign in with your normal OpenTrack login.
  3. Start a new chat, enable OpenTrack, and ask: "Look up container [your container number]."

That is the whole setup. There is no API key to paste and no sample data. The assistant sees the same shipments you would see in the dashboard for that account.

Claude sees the same data you see in OpenTrack

MCP puts the same OpenTrack account your team already uses into Claude as tools, so the assistant works through your system of record instead of guessing from free-form text. Ask for a container and get status, ETAs, LFDs, and holds as structured results. Ask for an ETA window at a port and get a list of your containers arriving there. Start tracking when a new box shows up. Manage webhooks when an integration needs a listener.

Connect once and ask about all your containers

Open the listing, connect once, and ask Claude which of your containers arrive at a port this week.
